Sally is a registered psychologist, member of the Australian Psychological Society and has completed a Masters of Counselling Psychology degree.
Sally has 20 years’ experience of working therapeutically in public and private health care settings, providing psychological services to adolescents and adults. Sally has held a range of leadership positions within government, mental health, child and family services and the not-for-profit sector.
Sally uses evidenced based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed CBT, Interpersonal therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Sally has experience with a wide range of client problems, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem and relationship issues.
Sally has an interest in all aspects of human behavior and in assisting clients recognize their own strengths to assist in their personal growth. Sally has a warm and engaging manner and quickly establishes rapport with clients to assist them to enhance their coping abilities and minimise distress.
