Matt is a registered psychologist who believes in an open, friendly, client-centred approach to psychotherapy. He uses a range of therapeutic techniques in treatment including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy. Matt has previously worked in a range of professional settings including the Australian Defence Force, Employee Assistance Programs, The Department of Corrections and a Not-for-profit Veteran’s clinic. Matt works with a range of presentations but has a special interest in treating depression, anxiety and trauma related disorders.


When not at work, Matt likes to stay physically active (usually somewhere outdoors), listen to music or spend time with family and friends. Matt is also a keen traveller and likes to go to different places and immerse himself in the culture.
