Dr Irene Panagopoulos

BBSc, Grad Dip Psych, D Psych, MAPS

Irene is a clinical and forensic psychologist who has worked with adults and adolescents since 2002.  She brings with her a high level of skill honed over many years of working in challenging clinical and forensic settings. Irene’s therapeutic approaches incorporate Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma therapy and Mindfulness.

Irene has a special interest in trauma (physical, sexual and emotional) and its impact on health and wellbeing. She has a passion for understanding and sharing her knowledge on the mind-body connection and therefore knows her way around the brain and all its functions.

Outside of work Irene indulges her love of art. She engages in an eclectic range of creative pursuits and strongly believes in following your passion to foster wellbeing.
