BSc(Psych)(Hons), DPsych, MAPS Ashley is a clinical and forensic psychologist who works collaboratively with her clients to assist them with a range of difficulties, including depression, grief and loss, anxiety, anger management and emotion regulation, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, trauma, and personality disorder. Ashley draws upon a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
Ashley brings a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach to help her clients better understand themselves in relation to challenging life circumstances and significant past events and experiences. She provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore difficult thoughts and emotions, reinforce their inner strengths, and develop a strong sense of identity.
When not at work, Ashley enjoys being outdoors and the challenge of a long bush walk. She also likes cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
